The Caribbean is home too no more than 28 island nations, including places like Cuba and Jamaica. The region, enriched with natural resources, holds thousands of different animals and species. But the region finest islands are found just of the coast of Venezuela, these islands are known as the "ABC" islands. The "ABC" stands for Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao. Just to give an idea of how big the ABC islands are, the three islands area combined is smaller than the are of Gwinnett County. Out of the three islands the most known by people is Aruba, because it is just filled with activity for tourists. The reason for its popularity is due to its beautiful palm beaches and resorts.
On the other hand, Aruba is the smallest of the three islands, and the buzz of people pouring in makes it feel crowed. Also, Aruba is home to more than 90 different nationalities, and the official languages are Dutch and Papiamento. Bonaire is one of the least populated of the three islands, because people tend to shy away from the quiet and relaxing experience. The island is rich in marine life, and has hundreds of different birds. One of the many uniqueness Bonaire has is the unofficial sport of Windsurfing. Most of the people who live in Bonaire are split between the faith of Baptist and Methodist, but the percent of religion is far higher than the United States.
Curacao is known as the working class island with a rugged and mountainous terrain. Even though Aruba is the most popular, Curacao is the most populated out of the three islands. Cars and buses being the source of transportation, the streets can get real packed, but not as bad as the traffic of Atlanta in the United States. The resorts and sparkles blue waters are great, but the buggy and ATV tours of the national parks are what drawls millions tourists.
